Cashier/Customer Service (Current Employee) – Tallahassee, FL – July 28, 2016
A typical day at work is working the register making sure our customers leave our store happy. I've learned that no matter where you work there's going to be issues and you just have to be smart and focus on your work responsibilities. Co-workers are nice & I love working with them. The hardest part of my job is when a customer leave the store upset. The most enjoyable part of my job is getting to help others.

Produce Associate (Current Employee) – Tallahassee, FL – February 22, 2016
I've learned a lot and worked with a lot of different people that have unique mindsets on completing their job as well as the methods they take to completing their tasks. Once you learn how to adapt to others it allows your job to be more fun and tolerable in the long run. I can honestly say that I've learned something new every time I clocked in from different types of sources and what I admire most is the amount of love you receive from each customer after helping them find what they're looking for.

Office/Prime Time Manager (Former Employee) – Saint Cloud, FL – March 17, 2016
Winn Dixie gave me a lot of opportunity for expanding my knowledge of different departments. I started out as a courtesy clerk and worked my way up to Cashier, Deli Department, Floral Manager, Office Support, and Front end manager. My managers were encouraging and knowledgeable. The skies are the limit at Winn Dixie.
Stock Clerk (Former Employee) – Scott, LA – February 14, 2016
I worked for Winn Dixie during my Junior and Senior High School Years and briefly upon graduation from High School. This job taught me the importance of responsibility and how hard work could pay off. I could have grown with the Winn Dixie management scholarship plan which would have ultimately led up to a Bachelors Degree but instead pursued other interests. I do not find that opportunities like this job offered at the time are readily available to this generation.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Coral Springs, FL – July 7, 2016

Night Stocker (Former Employee) – Ridge Manor, FL – June 23, 2016
Very laid back setting. Slow paced work. But always something to be done. There is always a personal connection from customer to worker. The management was very unprofessional though. But all in all it was a fair place to work.
This is a nice job to have if you are not looking for a career. The job is repetitive. I have learned some basic skill about baking. My manager is very nice. I get a long well with all co-workers. The hardest part of the job is getting off at your scheduled time depending on how busy it is. The most enjoyable part of the job is assisting the customers and getting to know the regulars.
Baker (Former Employee) – Millbrook, AL – May 24, 2016
winn Dixie was an ok place to work. I didn't care for the cleanness of the store or the way some things were handled. I was hired to replace someone that wasn't coming back and they let that person come back and take my hours.
