Winnserv is a non-profit organization that supports adults with mental disabilities who live as valued members of the community. Winnserv offers a variety of residential services and community-based programs for men and women with mental disabilities, throughout their adult life.
Mental disabilities are caused by many biological or environmental factors, – more... including maternal infections, illnesses in infancy, toxic agents, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, metabolic disorders, physical malformations and Down Syndrome. For many, the cause is unknown.
