POSITION SUMMARY: The Principal Consultant will be a lead SharePoint consultant with deep Microsoft technology and project delivery expertise. The position will be a key member of the Services team, working with customers, partners, technical support, product development, and sales to ensure the success of Winshuttle product implementations. The Principal Consultant will be a subject matter expert in more than one area of the Winshuttle product line. They will be a key contributor to the improvement and enhancement of current and future Winshuttle products

- Develop and maintain deep Winshuttle product knowledge
- Maintain deep knowledge of Winshuttle related technologies, specifically Microsoft
- Provide project scoping, architectural consultation, and work estimates
- Participate in installation, configuration, development, and handoff of Winshuttle solutions
- Maintain detailed project status documentation
- Communicate project details in clear and concise ways
- Assist and mentor Winshuttle staff in areas of expertise
- Contribute to the technical knowledgebase and training content
- Ability to work independently to prioritize and manage their time & schedule
- 0-25% Travel Required

- 5+ years experience in technical service delivery and/or technical support
- Deep SharePoint technical architecture and application knowledge
- Deep Microsoft enterprise technologies knowledge and experience
- Ability to capture and articulate customer requirements in project requirements documents
- Ability to work across management levels internally and externally
- Customer success focused
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team and to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners and other technical staff

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and write clear and concise technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise technical written communication

- Practical and/or consultative experience with SharePoint, IIS, SQL, and Windows Networks
- ERP (SAP) knowledge and/or experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, operate a personal computer, visually inspect forms, conduct oral communication via telephone and in person, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
