Winston Retail Solutions (WINSTON) was founded in 2003 by Jan Croatt and Eric Rothfeld. Jan and Eric originally worked together at Polo Jeans Company, where Jan served as Vice President of Retail Development and Eric was CEO. Eric was also CEO of Sun Apparel, Inc., and served on the Board of Directors of Sun's parent company, Jones Apparel Group.
