Monitoring calls on reps and scoring them on the quality of their work. I learned how to give positive to feedback as well as negative feed back. Management was so well respected and if there ever was a problem the mangers doors were always open. Everyone knew one another so we all got along very well.

I'm a hard worker who is going to make sure all goals are complete. A worker who enjoys fast pace environment and challenges.

Retail Management Environment
Merchandising and Scheduling employees along with store operations and employee coaching is an 8 hour work day. Best part of the day is helping that customer that comes in looking for something special, and not only do you find it for them, but their shopping experience makes them a loyal customer.

I learned so much from the General Manager that taught me that is now the Regional Manager. He encouraged my integrity as well as my commitment to the company. Work with individual's to understand rules and regulations with vehicles.
Learning to cope with people when they are angry. Management is tolerable. And my co-workers are very reliable. The hardest part of our job is hearing people complain about the fees it cost to get their vehicle legal.

supervised a shift of about 15 people, the management was ok laid back sorta. my employees i got along with them well and enjoyed working with them as a team. the hardest part of the job was understanding some the language spanish. i like learningthe new equipment (pcmc press) and learning some spanish from my co-workers etc

A typical day begins with good mornings, cup of coffee, meeting with other team members to see the numbers that were projected for the completion of our work load the day before. One thing that I learned from this process, was always having the ability to be more productive than the day before. I ran a cherrypicker....and i totally loved my job...I picked orders and also clean up when not picking orders.....I worked hard and enjoyed it they made me feel like a part of the team....I truly loved how much work we did have.....

In my experience it has been a decent company to work for as far as benefits and decent wages. However, I find that it has been some what difficult to advance as a relatively new hire. It would seen that is always someone better suited for the new job opportunities that arise.

Working for ComForcare Homecare is very satisfying, in that you know you're helping to enrich a senior citizen's life by helping with activities of daily living, taking them to activities they wouldn't ordinarily be able to attend, and being there for company and companionship. I learned that being a senior citizen is not always easy, but I've also – more... learned that seniors are a remarkable group of people; they've seen and experienced many things that we, as younger people, could always learn from. My co-workers are always willing to accommodate needed changes in schedules, and are always pleasant and compassionate.
