Thanks for asking about working at WinterWyman. The pace of work really depends on the role. For Account Managers and Recruiters, as well as Consultants and Business Development SVPs, the pace can be frenetic when working on an important or time-sensitive search, or more evenly paced when working with existing clients on regularly-filled roles. For our Corporate and support staff, it could depend on the day, time of year, or type of project that is most critical. All in all, though, our employees are hard working and tend to work at a very fast-pace most of the time. Staffing and recruitment is a hard job and isn't right for everyone. If we can give you more insight into what it's like to work here, please don't hesitate to reach out to me personally. ~Michelle Roccia, EVP of Employee Engagement
