Productive and fun place to work nice environment management was wonderful, friendly co-workers

Professionalism perfected,yet every employee is approachable. I enjoyed my time working in the operating room. I was allowed to assist in retrieving patients to the operating room ( when needed) ,run blood gases to the lab during open heart surgeries, carry all sorts of specimens to pathology and watch the pathologist dissect and explain all my questions. – more...  Aside from the interesting things I've learned, I also enjoyed being a unit secretary there. It is fast moving ,the days would fly. Every evening returning home always feeling very satisfied. excellent patient care with quality staff and accurate service

I have been at Winthrop for 5 years and the environment is wonderful. It makes you look forward to coming to work, the staff and different people you meet everday.

My my overview on the hospital is that I love their values, and there mission statement. They take care of their priority in which it entails the patient are getting the best care as much as possible . The facility is well kept and organize. Management ensure that everything is prompt and everyone task are completed in a timely manner.

Winthrop is undergoing an expansion in their research department. There is talent here and support for your projects.

Working for this company has given me the insight and drive to pursue many options that the medical field offers. I started in the transportation department and worked my way into the emergency department as an emergency room technician.
