During the interviews, I was sold on what sounded like a fantastic opportunity; however, the job did not exist. Their internal training is awful. Upper management is elitist and not in touch with the inner workings of the company. Middle management is non-existent, and those that are there are powerless to act. This company has a "do as I say or else" culture that leads to countless redundancies and an environment in which they're constantly hiring and firing because no one can seem to stay for longer than a few months. They are very intolerant of new ideas. Avoid this company at all costs.
