New Opportunities.
Sales Representative (Former Employee), Dayton, OHJuly 22, 2014
Pros: meet new people. gain experiance
Cons: not enough hours or pay.
A typical day at wireless world would take payments for customers who needed to pay their bill. I would also help the customer if needed such as answer questions about their bill, talk about upgrades, new plans, discounts, etc. I made sales to those who were new customers, needed or wanted an upgrade, replacement phone. Something i would also do is – more... stock up on our inventory. I learned alot about different types of phone companies such as Cricket, Boost Mobile, T Mobile. – less

Horrible place to work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Oak Harbor, WAJune 1, 2014
Cons: the fact that this place exsists is a shame.
This is a family run business and they are about the money they can get to line their pockets. They expect you to work all the time at the expense of your family and they pay you as little as possible. Avoid at all costs if you are trying to make a living.

Fun workplace and great owners
Wireless Sales Specialist (Current Employee), Monticello, MNFebruary 24, 2014
Owners invest in their employees. They do as much as they can to motivate, inspire, and improve your overall development as a sales professional and as a person. Excellent pay structure for those motivated by incentives. If working with leading edge mobile technology interests you in any way, this place is for you.

I strongly disliked this job. Management was not good and every thing was a problem for them. They blamed others for their wrongs and the pay was not good.

Cool part time student job
Phone Specialist (Former Employee), Mitchell, SDAugust 19, 2012
Selling phones and providing customer service to customers. I learned notable communication skills and superb multitasking skills. Co-workers were engaging and very friendly. Hardest part of the job is working with difficult customers. Most enjoyable part being able to help customers in their time of need.
