A typical day at wireless world would take payments for customers who needed to pay their bill. I would also help the customer if needed such as answer questions about their bill, talk about upgrades, new plans, discounts, etc. I made sales to those who were new customers, needed or wanted an upgrade, replacement phone. Something i would also do is stock up on our inventory. I learned alot about different types of phone companies such as Cricket, Boost Mobile, T Mobile.
