Teamlead/Escalation Engineer (Current Employee) – New York, NY – July 26, 2015
My typical day at my current job involves creating AD account and O365 mailboxes for New Hires. I also resolve any escalated issues I receive from upper management or in the Helpdesk queue and work on day to day tickets to assist the team with ticket closure. The team I work with are fun people and we all get along great. The best part of my day is when I resolve issues for the end users.
