Wolfe Clinic is an excellent place to work. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a fast paced work environment with several chances to move up within the company.

Simple and great job
Filing Specialist (Former Employee) –  Chariton, IAJanuary 24, 2017
The job itself was simple. The management and co-works were all very wonderful. My main complaint would be the schedule and compensation. Other than that I have fond memories.

Management, co-workers, simplicity
Cons
Compensation, schedule

We worked hard and workEd short staffed and we also travel alot
tech (Former Employee) –  Cedar Rapids, IANovember 13, 2015
As techs we worked hard, short staffed and we had to travel frequently to other clinics per week.
We had some old equipment and alot.of the staff and employees were set in their ways and practices.
Our office was very clique and the clique tried to run the clinics and they were rude and bullies if they did not lIke a person.
my fellow techs were great to work with and I miss them and the doctors.
Pros
Weekends and holidays off
Cons
Minimal lunch breaks, run run all day long

I work with a great coworkers
Medical Receptionist (Current Employee) –  Cedar Rapids, IAJuly 10, 2015
I'm currently working with a team of 6 doctors. We usually have 3 doctors per day with an average of 75-100 patients a day. We have, what, I'd consider a great working relationship with fellow co-workers. Most have been there for many years.

I feel the hardest part of the job is that with the amount of patients we see, there are times when the patients get annoyed for the long wait. (They are in our office for an average of 2-3 hrs).

The most enjoyable part is definitely the patients. I have a great relationship with them and even ask where I am when I'm not there.
Pros
We do get spoiled by drug reps providing lunches for us.
Cons
Travel. Our job requires we travel to Iowa City on a regular basis.

Pros
