I would require more formal leadership training for supervisors, managers, and upper management positions. I would also require that all upper management personnel to interact more with those they supervise.

Create more opportunity for employees to have fun together, without spending a lot of money. Improve communications throughout the ground level staff.

My supervisors did an amazing job of making things easiest for the crews. All things considered I don't think anything needs to change with management
