The residents and staff are good to get along with, but company overseeing is not so good as far as staff you get turned away at door if cenus starts to drop.

Lawn Care Crew Member (Former Employee), Saint Charles, MOJuly 9, 2012
Pros: my fellow crew members where great. and i learned a lot.
Cons: upper management had bad communication with employees
my typical day at work consisted of me waking up around 5 a.m. Being to work by 7. We basically installed sprinkler systems in residential and commercial properties. usually no more than a crew of 4.
