Great hours but non competitive pay.
Patient Access Representative (Former Employee) –  Lufkin, TXJuly 24, 2014
A good place to work to get your foot in the door. Hours are reasonable. However, in some departments, you rarely get time to take a lunch break but 30 mins is deducted from your pay regardless if you took it or not. Advancement is unlikely and yearly raises are usually no more than a few cents a year.
Pros
Decent hours and occasional overtime.
Cons
Low pay (compared to other companies), no chance for advancement or raises.

GN/RN specializing in Telemetry (Former Employee) –  505 john redditt dr lufkin tx 75904January 4, 2018
as GN to RN transitioned here and learned and polished majority of nursing skills here on their medical surgical floor. Management was extremely biased per employees and seniority took precedence. I personally didn't feel this was fair but over all I had an immense amount of exposure to the care of geriatrics.

I love working here. I've been here for a total of 5 years. Planning on staying a long time. Great staff. Awesome patient care. My whole family comes here as patients just because of how good the patient care is.
