I work from 9AM to 5PM every work day (Mon-Fri). I took a lot of engineering courses, and learned to think in engineer's way. The management of WPI is fine. My coworkers are good. The hardest part of the job is facing to the screen too long which is not good for eyes. I enjoy doing programing work.

Pros: supportive environment, teamwork, fosters originality and creativity
Cons: it is quite clearly an academic institution.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is an excellent school for a motivated individual who would like to develop an education in creating useful technology. At WPI, you find the rare situation – more... where hard work, intelligence and skill are rewarded with the support they deserve rather than a largely political game. – less
