Job Culture
Ineffective management, poor equipment
Sales (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CASeptember 11, 2014
If you'd like to work for a company that has zero interest in investing in you and provides second-hand laptops that crash regularly because of malware, this is the company for you. The leadership team is non-existent. It's obvious that the CEO would rather be anywhere else than the office. There's no plan for improving the product, just reactive initiatives due to customer requests. HR is virtually impossible to reach and works in the Paris office. Overall, an awful company to be part of.
Pros
Free breakfasts on Monday, close to transportation, after work activities
Cons
Poor equipment, ineffective management, loud work environment, not interested in employee success

Fast paced, international company
Global Account Manager (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAJuly 23, 2012
• Start-up hours, fast paced, and always changing
• Close relationships within the Inside sales team
• Several company culture events
• Clear hierarchy in management
• Fun, energetic and motivated coworkers
• Hardest part of job: adjusting to the work hours
• Most enjoyable: working with large companies and exposure to start-up life
