Sometimes an exciting place to work yet feels over perced and employee bloated at other times.
Pros: great benes, sometimes free breakfast or lunch, higher ups have great perks.
Cons: hard to keep alfloat. over-perked staff.
The World Bank Group seems to be quite proud of their highly paid administrative and technical staffs yet sometimes can't get out of their own way to make the great things happen quickly. It's a big ship that doesn't turn easily.
Their programs are outstanding. Their analysis is sometimes spot-on, other times are lackluster.
