Division Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Develop a sales team of 10-20
  • Recruiting, hiring, build, and train your team.
  • Developing the most well trained, professional team possible.
  • Meet daily with salesman to understand what they are encountering success in and issues with.
  • Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.

Set Objectives

  • Plan, organize, direct and control your team to meet these objectives.
  • Mentor each salesperson to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and strategies.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) your sales plan.
  • Monitor each salesperson's daily performance and compare it with that month's objective.
  • Understand departmental financial data to determine what is happening in your department.
  • Review financial data that affects your department's P&L.

Conduct Sales Meetings

  • Prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings.
  • Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
  • Involve in client follow up
  • Supervise the proper use of the client information by each salesperson.


  • 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with building and managing a sales team of 20-30
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to work hard and not be a clock watcher
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Potential to earn 100K+
