Great Advancement Opportunities
Client Support Specialist (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJune 11, 2015
Job duties included answering calls and troubleshooting technical issues for a wide variety of clients across the country.

Hardest part of the job is the constant need to balance up to 20 open technical support tickets at a time.

The opportunities for advancement are limitless, from my experience.

Junior Graphic Designer (Former Employee) –  Long Island City, New YorkDecember 17, 2014
I began working as an intern and was provided practical knowledge. Eventually that position turned into full time. That professional experience was any young designer could ask for.
Pros

Cons
did not compensate for travel

Account Manager (Former Employee) –  New York, NYApril 8, 2014
Worldnow is the leader in its field and challenged me to be my best on a daily basis. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for management and the CEO. Great leaders and innovators!

Woefully mismanaged and constantly scrambling to keep up with industry
Manager (Current Employee) –  New York, NYSeptember 12, 2013
Once a leader in the CMS space, WN has fallen dramatically with bumbling, misguided management and direction that shifts as often as the wind. Co-workers were solid and wanted to do what was best for the company and their clients but management constantly interfered and created more problems than there needed to be. Compensation was on the low end and we were asked to take pay cuts three years ago and many never returned to previous levels. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Pros
nice co-workers.
Cons
dreadful management, low compensation, sub-par benefits and inadequate resources.
