Lack of communication / training frustrating

While there are a few good things about working with WorldPay, such as getting to wear jeans to work everyday and having tons of vacation, I would say the cons far outweigh the pros. There is a huge lack of training for the sales agents which bleeds over into all other departments, putting the brunt of training on boarding or support. Support is also not trained so they rely on senior boarding members for answers. Most of the agents that manage to survive is simply because they figure it out for themselves either from other teams or simply making enough mistakes that they finally learn the process. Also, the lack of teamwork between Atlanta and Frisco is astounding. You can send several emails about a problem and often the Atlanta team would not answer for hours and often times not at all, this includes management.
