Since the merger, every department at the company is struggling to support operations. The senior management does not communicate with staff. For instance, vacations were cut by half and insurance cost to employee was increased by 100%. No warning /announcements to staff. Then management sends announcement to GM's that they are required to carry push to talk phone 24/7. The only option given is to give the phone to a Supervisor who will get no additional compensation.
