Your day here typically begins by being assigned up to 5 work orders a day. You are responsible to make contact with customers and schedule your day. If you make contact with the customer, you are required to get to that customer within the service window. If you don't, you will be penalized.
On call schedule is horrible. As a upper level technician, you can be on a rolling on call schedule of every other week or every third week. Calls can appear in your queue at anytime and will have to adjust your day depending on importance of the job.
