Worthington Industries is looking for a ETL Developer in Columbus, Ohio. The Developer will work within the agile development team to understand requirements from end users, then design and develop solutions to meet those requirements. The BI ETL Developer will also be responsible for analyzing system operations and creating/implementing changes to ensure the Business Intelligence Applications are operating efficiently.
-Develop high-quality business intelligence applications (Data modeling, Informatica workflows, mapplets, etc)
-Work closely with agile team to ensure applications are delivered efficiently and with a high level of quality
-Develop and implement recommendations to ensure the business intelligence applications are operating optimally
-Quickly resolve production support issues
-Develop business intelligence integration solutions to meet end user requirements
-Analyze user requirements and design solutions, including all related documentation, review and testing activities.
-Analyze system performance, design and implement recommendations
-Develop and coach other team members in best practices
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
-Five years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Development (design, development, modeling, integration)
-Five years of experience developing within Informatica's PowerCenter suite
-Three years of experience developing within Oracle's Business Intelligence Application suite
