Typical day at work involved processing online and email orders, inventory management, reordering, order validation, account balancing, creating reports, one week to a month projection, packaging, shipping, computer and network maintenance.
I learned in-depth use of Excel and VBA for data analysis, computer network maintenance, how to manage a group of 5-7 employees, delegate tasks, solve personnel issues.
The hardest part of the job is doing both new employees training employees and completing my daily tasks. But at the same time, having good relationship with co-workers are the most enjoyable part of the job.
Occasional free company lunches, yearly bonuses, regular work hours, and friendly environment.
Must be willing to multi-task and having multiple responsibilities across different fields.

Great place to work except for the CFO. Good benefits, casual work space, good equipment. They didn't give any instruction on the computer based accounting system, you had to figure it out yourself, that wasn't so good or productive.
the principals were very easy to communicate with.
