A good place to work with an honest, fair wage.
Can be chaotic and stressful as resources are stretched thin. May be asked to do more than at a typical job, but the rewards are there, too. Definitely a good place to work, especially if you are looking to get your foot in the door or be in a larger market.
If you are looking for productive. on-the-job learning, you will need to work for it yourself. No seminars, no reviews, and not a lot of time to "teach."
You'll hear a lot of what you do wrong, but there's no time to really coach what's going right. Search out that guidance if you want it, because although it won't fall into your lap, it is there.
