I have been working at WSI corporation since November of 2013. I work in the Aviation Customer Service department, where we help customers in businesss and commercial aviation. A day at work consists of lots of multi-tasking. WSI is famous for its advanced aviation products incliuding WSI Pilotbrief Optima and WSI Fusion. Major airlines use our products for flight tracking. They are able to tracks thousands of flights and are able to overlay detailed weather information which dispatchers use to help track and guide flights. Our products also extend to iPads, which airline pilots use to obtain flight plan information on a daily basis.
My job is to help our customers who have questions about our products. I help troubleshoot with our customers. WSI Customer Support is a crucial assest to our company. Along with helping our customers, I must also collaborate with our forecasting department as well as product engineers in order to get issues resolved for our customers. The most difficult part of my job, is balancing all the issues that come up in our department involving out customers. It is diffucult at times to multi-task troubleshooting many things at once. However, I have turned this challenge into one of my biggest strength, and have become a great multi-tasker. It is important to be able to multi-task and prioritize in this position. This has become a part of my job which I have been able to accell at. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to correct and help the customer with the issues they are having with using our products. Being able to make our customers happy, makes my job even more gratifying everyday.
