Account Manager/Recruiter (Former Employee) – Colorado Springs, CO – January 17, 2018
I enjoyed my time at WSi. I was treated great and had the flexibility to balance home and job when needed. I recommend WSi to anyone that is looking for a great place to work. I learned a lot from my my team, The Directors and CEO. If you are able to work on your own while in a team environment you'll do fine. I also grew as a person getting to know others and how to handle certain situations. Somedays where tough when you can't make everyone happy and staff the positions.
Registered Nurse (Former Employee) – Greenwood Village, CO – January 5, 2018
I was scheduled at sub acute rehabs for a 12 hour shifts. Management was easy to work with Culture for me was relaxed The most difficult part was getting to know new places but I enjoyed meeting new people
Contract Occupational Therapy Assistant (Former Employee) – Colorado Springs, CO – December 31, 2017
Inconsistent work hours, you can go weeks without hearing from the company for work. When they do call it most likely requires you to travel or they are only offering 2-4 hrs. If you are looking to only get small paychecks or work in the places that no one wants to work in because of the low work conditions; then this is the place to work for. Management is great with getting things set up for the long drawn out hiring process.
Payroll/HR Manager, Director of Finance (Former Employee) – Denver, CO – September 8, 2017
Stressful, Long days. Constant interruptions. Too many daily, weekly, monthly meetings. Upper management pressures to complete tasks. Too much politics. Compensation and benefits were in line with other corporate companies.
Intern (Current Employee) – Greenwood Village, CO – August 1, 2017
I have worked at WSi since the beginning of the summer of 2017 and have enjoyed and learned a lot. The environment in the office is full of energy and support to assure the highest quality of work. It has been clear to me from the start that WSi cares about its temps and clients trying to find the best fit for everyone.
WSi Healthcare is better than ever. A great place for both internal and external employees.

I find that workiing with WSI has good points in which they have helped me find work. However sometime I do not work all the time and do not have benefits. I do not work 40 hours. But all in all it is a good work enviroment.
I liked the work i was doing very much i enjoyed taking care of the elderly made me feel good inside
Certified Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) – Battle Creek, MI – April 8, 2017
On a typical day I would go to my patients home and do a variety of tasks for them depending on the severity of their handicap such as hygiene helping assist with feeding them meals of the day.I was also there not just as someone to clean their home but a lot of times I was a friend for them to talk to need be with problems or just as a friendly ear
I loved the job i was doing and was always guaranteed 40 or more hours a week
I didnt like the way some of the coworkers acted towards the elderly
Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Lutheran Orthopedic, Wheat Ridge, CO – February 5, 2017
This was a new genera for me (orthopedic appliances and care); I learned something new every day; the MA lead at the time I was there was a good trainer and mentor; the skills I acquired are priceless.
Communication and management turnover is hard for all employees...some just can't leave their personal life out of the office.
The work was hard, busy but enjoyed every minute with the staff and physician's in the clinic they too were helpful to me while I was learning.
Registered Nurse (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – January 31, 2017
WSI Healthcare is the best experience I've had with a Nursing Agency. Personnel always treat me with respect and there is always plenty of work. They have an excellent reputation with the Hospitals, Physician's offices and Home Health that they staff. Highly recommend them.
Experienced travel nurse had excellent experience!
Correctional Nurse (Former Employee) – Cañon City, CO – November 5, 2016
This was my first assignment with WSI. My recruiter was Jenn and she was absolutely top notch. Everyone at WSI including payroll was attentive and 100%. I couldn't have had a better experience, the facility in Canon City was great, very helpful and my hotel was great. I could go on and on...I hated to leave. Ready to go back!!!!
Everything...the facility, the hotel, the weather...fantastic.
