A typical day a work for Wyeth would most often be fast paced and fulfilling on a personal level. Things learned while working in the site engineering group ranged from construction of new buildings to the manufacturing equipment used on site. Managers in my area were encouraging and often times influential in the growth of individual contributors. – more...  Some managers however lacked enough life experience to be effective in fairly dealing with individuals. Except for an occasional non-team player, there was a high level of good and beneficial interaction within the group. A willingness to help unseen by many. The hardest part of the job was a sometimes lack of communication. The most enjoyable part of the job is fast pace and keep you busy there nothing hard about the job,I learn how to pack and inspect product,how to operate machines and correct the faults,like working in a team, my coworkers are team player.

This was a great place to work! I have never worked with such a group of dedicated and professional people. It was such a supportive work environment and people really worked together as a team. The location where I worked was sold to another company, so I moved on to other things. The company was great to work for. The last two years we were in transition form Wyeth to Pfizer because of the merger. Both companies were very good to work for as far as products I sold and the territory that I worked.

Working at Wyeth was a great experience, for me because i got to me alot of new people. I also enjoyed working there because i was able to get alot of hands on experience.

Taken over and cosed facility. Very old building. Had issues with the building and facilities. Could not support production at times.

The company supported employee improvements. Wyeth provided employee on-going training.

Although Wyeth is a great place to work there is too much emphasis on education. Many people can be great workers without having advanced degrees. In addition, advanced degrees do not guarantee common sense or respect of fellow co-workers.

This was an opportunity for me to be a part of a large HR organization. I was selected as an Eagle, a leadership program. Fantastic HR experience surrounded by smart, successful HR professionals in addition to brilliant scientists.
