Learned how to use my customer, communication and organizational skills.
Pros: met a lot of people on the phone and when they were satisfied, that was my reward.
Cons: talk time shouldn't be the most important grade factor.
Learned how to offer rewards, take reservations, customer service, develop relationships with co-workers, customers, management. The hardest part of the job was the talk time and I still think that shouldn't count against you when your main goal is to satisfy the customer!
