Mock service, to see how we approached guests, verbage etc. Questions about handling " difficult" guests, basic wine knowledge, grapes etc.. These questions are always catered to the type of restaurant. Interview was very professional. A genuine desire to please the guests, and accommodate as needed, was a major focus during the interview. I was pleased to see the same in retrospect with the Wynn values. Needless to say, I was hired on the spot.
