What percentage of the tutor's hourly rate does the tutor actually receive?

You pick your hourly rate. However they take out a percentage depending on how many hours you've worked. The table below describes the hours you work and the corresponding percent they take out. Remember they ALSO charge the student 7% of your full hourly rate as a "service fee".

0-20 hrs: 40%
21-50 hrs: 35%
51-200 hrs: 30%
201-400 hrs: 25%
401+hrs: 20%

I believe it starts between 65% - 80%, and then you are able to receive larger percent of the over all 100% by booking and tutoring more students.
