We are seeking a career oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and support on implementations and configurations in support of our cloud-based RCM system. As a Client Success Analyst you will have the exceptional ability to communicate effectively internally and externally in support of our laboratory customers who use our software system that provides automation capabilities to effectively bill medical claims.
As a Client Success Analyst you will be responsible for interacting with both clients and internal personnel to identify trends and communicate the information that provides the best opportunities for optimizing the XIFIN client experience. You will interact with a variety of internal teams by providing valuable research and information needed to make key operational and strategic decisions.
ERA/EFT follow and verification
Changes/modifications to patient dunning cycles
Client Invoice testing -- Matrix
Set up collections and lockbox implementation
Excellent and prompt customer service
2+ years of medical billing and reimbursements process knowledge
Strong learning skills and analytical approach to problem solving
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to interact with technical teams and other departments within the organization
Ability to work effectively and independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision
Experience in SQL and understanding of data integration processes
AA degree preferred
