Desired Skills & Experience

Immense enthusiasm and passion for the digital media space
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel: Experience
with popular digital ad technologies is also strongly preferred
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and excel
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work well within a team
environment
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, quick-witted environment
BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business

Role and Responsibilities

Obtain buy in from new affiliates through research, referrals and
prospecting
Manage dormant affiliate accounts to drive new revenue for the network
team and company
Maintain ongoing communication and recommend new campaigns for
affiliates
Provide performance feedback to advertiser team
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of
improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated
revenues.
Supply creative packages, links and reporting to affiliates as needed
Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate
channel
Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
Set, manage and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals for revenue
growth
