Why do they not take military experience into consideration?, the veteran program is a joke

Here in Colorado your experience is not considered, you have to be related to someone to get a job, I ran boilers for 4 years in the navy and I am also a maintenance electrician (for 10 years) and could not land a job with this company

Xcel is all about being able to pass a test.
All new Managers just have to pass a test & they make managers. No mgmt skills at all. This Is driving the company in a spiral downward motion.
