Run as a freinds and family type business, and if you're not in that category, your opportunities are limited. They cut corners every way they can and so the crm is a free web based program that really sucks. Senior management is a bunch of amateurs. The ceo is a crossfit nut, and so every day for a couple of hours, everything in the HQ comes to a screeching halt so everyone can go to crossfit. When you travel, per diem is a lame $40/day and they go cheap cheap cheap on everything, except of course for the ceo. Was supposed to have an appointment setter, but he averaged .5 appointments per month. That's POINT 5. Had a good one before that, but they let her get away. Nobody really seems to care about going out and kicking butt and winning. You get no real support out in the field. When I would do demos, I had to cross my fingers and have a ready excuse in case the product crashed. The ceo's idea of good selling is regurgitating a stupid memorized powerpoint. Benefits are pretty lame.
