Misleading
Commercial Resrarxh Associate (Current Employee) –  Lees Summit, MOMay 13, 2016
They sale you the position as well as their current employees only to get there to find they have falsified so much of what is told to you. Don't be convinced you will excel there. The people look over worked and upper management is well, upper management. You get paid twice a month and the job is numbers driven while they constantly blame their competition Costar for being bullies of the workplace as the trainer brags about how he likes to fire people. This place is a joke...don't do it. They say no real estate background, but that is a lie. You don't get paid for holidays for the first 90 days and still work them as regular pay or they still give you the time off without pay, and it's just lie after lie.
Pros
Nice vending area
Cons
Cant find parking, intensive commercial real estate exam 3 days after you start, falsify information they give you

Best to avoid unless you're good at playing games. You won't be promoted or treated very well unless you can kiss up to the right people.
Pros
office work
Cons
bad insurance, pay discrepancies, favoritism, bad managers, no communication/transparency

Awful place to work.
Research Associate (Former Employee) –  Blue Springs, MOJune 30, 2015
This place is probably the worst place that I have ever worked. The company and executives are completely delusional when it comes to the actually state/status of the company. They are under the impression that their competitor is actually threaten by their existence when in all actuality they are not even on their radar. The hardest part of the job is dealing with being talked down to on a regular basis. There is a lot of nepotism deeply embedded in this company. The job itself is completely mind-numbing work, it is a glorified call center. Promotions actually require less work, yet a lot more money... which leads me to my next point. They are completely taking advantage of their investor. They even teach their sales team to let prospective customers know that their investors have "very deep pockets". There is a MAJOR pay inequality issue which has caused employees to be bitter and disgruntled. Some research associates are making $18 an hour while others are making $11 and they have no intentions of fix the gap either. There is no real need for this company and I assume it will go under some day.

This place just sucks your soul away. From trying to deal with HR to hiring a plethora of new employees and paying them 25-35% more while not allowing previous employees a chance to reach the new pay levels. Everything is unprofessional. My new manager makes jokes about women and will belittle you in front of people. If you like someone looking over your shoulder and telling you that you can no longer eat snacks at your desk, this is the place for you. Luckily if you don't like these things, just befriend your manager by talking sports, then you can eat, talk, take longer breaks, doesn't matter.
Pros
they pay you, sometimes. my previous manager was very hands off and cool he was the last of a dying breed here
Cons
everything else

Good Work Environment
Market Analyst (Former Employee) –  Blue Springs, MOJune 25, 2014
Data input, cold calling, customer service, reports. The work environment is very laid back. Good mix of employees. Everyone is easy to work with. Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Pros
co-workers work well in a team-oriented environment
Cons
the pay rate is less than desirable.

Outbound cold calling environment. I learned more of what's involved in commercial real estate leasing and purchasing.
