Monday- Friday 8 to 5
7:30 to 3:30 it's good for me
It varies by terminal and which shift you work. As a current Dock Worker at XPO, I have worked both Inbound (early morning/loading trailers for city drivers) and Outbound (afternoon to nights/loading trailers for Linehaul drivers). I started off part-time as an outbound dock worker, working 4:00pm to about 8:30-10:00pm Mon-Fri. Full time is usually 1:00pm start time. After about 5 months I became full time and was moved to inbound after one of the full time dock workers got his CDL and became a driver elsewhere. My hours typically as an Inbound dock worker are Mondays 12:00am to 9:00am and Tue-Fri 3:30am-12:00pm. Some days you start a little earlier or get out earlier depending on the amount of freight we receive each day and how quickly drivers get back.

I was asked to work from 8 to 6 Monday through Saturday, and on occasional, some Sundays.
Day shift 6-4:30pm a very good schedule. Reminded me of waking up early for school.
