Cut throat place to work. Everyone has a hand on your money.
Sales/ Operations Manager (Former Employee), Merrifield, VA –
Pros: free gym menbership
Cons: everything.
Do Not work for this company you will regret it. Low pay High hours, low commision and There is not a fair chance of making money. The managers take EVERYTHING if you are in sales. Other people get a chance to get a sale only if the manager doesnt feel like taking it. The managers dont feel like taking it when they know the person is not going to buy.
