I am currently working assigned technical support tickets, mainly building custom dealer recommended menus and helping customers with their pricing. This is a very labor intensive and manual process, that requires a lot of back and forth gathering requirements. I use a lot of imagination to determine just how to bend the program to meet those requirements.
Additionally, I am available in group chat, assisting junior Tier 2 technical support agents with their support questions.
