The people that I met while selling to the Xtreme rigs were cordial, friendly and worthy of respect. Yes some are crude employees and probably other things as well but remember that this was Williston ND and these men/women are working in extremely difficult conditions in a harsh and dangerous environment where there may not be another human being outside their rig for 90+ miles.
I have seen, felt and even smelled the danger. I have seen men covered in oil and wearing clothes that you could grow crops on. One gent I met at the laundry had clothes that might walk out on their own they were so stiff with grime. It is a harsh environment.
Of the management they are young and old. Time gives experience and each rig is different. Cut them some slack.
