A typical day here for most people is sitting behind the computer and taking every call that comes in, no matter how difficult! Sometimes, I would get pulled aside my pharmacy management to do mundane labor intensive tasks, such as lifting heavy boxes, filling vial trays, or generally helping around the store. But, primarily I answered calls. I learned a lot about people, and how all people are very different. The management was okay, there were some problems regarding workflow, but nearing the time I left a new lead was brought in. He is currently making things run a lot smoother! My co-workers were very supportive, it really was a team effort each day. The hardest part honestly wasn't the grouchy customers, it was the physical labor I endured (mainly because I was the only male CSR at the time haha). The most enjoyable part is that every day at xubex it was something new!
