SERVICE MANAGER (Former Employee) – Atlanta, GA – March 13, 2017
This was a very toxic environment. A culture of mistrust and finger pointing that had been this way for quite some time. This didn't improve with the new manager who was not at all supportive. There were a couple of good people but most I have no desire to ever see again. It was common knowledge that you need to CYA.
Sr. Application & Membrane Process Engineer (Former Employee) – Palm Beach Gardens, FL – December 28, 2016
It was a beautiful experience to work for Xylem. Very good supportive team and top management. It gave me the opportunity to work in local and global market with all the tools necessary for successful completion of the projects.
Logistics Coordinator/Inventory Controller (Current Employee) – Morton Grove, IL – March 4, 2015
A fast paced work environment with many opportunities to learn many aspects of manufacturing. A typical day at work involves many different tasks that hold a new challenge every day. Management and Co-workers are hard working eager individuals that work together to get tasks done in the most efficient way possible.
Anonymous (Former Employee) – White Plains, NY – October 16, 2014
The typical work day goes beyond 9-5. Great environment to learn and add value. Management at its worse; a great deal of talk about company culture and hard work, but demonstrates no respect for either one.
Productive and great work environment to be apart of
