It has been known for good benefits, but no job security
SR. BUYER / PLANNER (Current Employee), W. Sacramento, CA –
Pros: good vacation policy and flexible work hours
Cons: numerous massive lay offs, low pay scale
A lot of workers are temps without benefits. Starting pay is lower than industry average. Annual increase is 3% the most.

Layoffs happened almost every year in the past 3 years without advance notice.

Pros: everything is a quarter in the vending machines
Cons: over worked, under appericiated, incompetant management.
This is for the Sacramento site.

This has got to be one of the more poorly ran business I have ever seen. This brings micromanaging and incompetence to a new level. To make up for this six or seven day work weeks are the norm.
