Properly compensate workers based on their position level, and promote from within instead of always looking out of the store for new candidates.

I think a well trained staff is very important. I think also how you treat your team should be part of the store handbook. I feel as if no one should "control" someone else. Lately I've been feeling like a lesser part of the team and a lesser person then our new assistant manager.
