Leader in the industry, capitalize on every opportunity
Customer Support Specialist (Former Employee), Greenville, SC – April 2, 2013
Pros: highly motivated team leaders
Cons: getting everbody on board and seeing the company's vision
We did our best to engage our employees on games used to improve lacking areas. The area needed improvement was exceeded and the team also benefited from a little friendly competition and also moving the needle towards the gaol. The hardest part of the job is seeing so much potentional in an employee and finding different ways to make them succeed, – more... thereby the entire team succeeding. The most enjoyable part ot the job is after the hard work is put in, the rewards are substantial internally and as a team. It makes you want to win more and in increases your self confidence. – less

Great place to work before instability issues began.
Service Planner/Coordinator/Operations Manager (Current Employee), Chicago Heights, IL – January 5, 2013
Pros: medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance option
Cons: instability, long hours, short breaks, limited staff, no pension or 401k
If the company remained stable, I would not be seeking employment.

Today, the hardest part of my position is that we are working with a limited staff and have been for some time. The terminal I work in is fast-paced and being short-handed can become very stressful.
