CASE Grant Coordinator (Current Employee) – Houston, TX – June 19, 2013
You are married to your work. Seventy hour work weeks. This place is great and does many wonderful things for the community. You will enjoy the people you work with and the culture that has been established. Again, work/life balance is very dificult.
Yesprep has a culture of "people over programs." The administrators work to ensure that staff feels valued and has what they need to succeed. They are humble leaders and I learned so much from them. Ultimately, teaching wasn't my end-goal and I couldn't see myself advancing in the way I wanted to with the context of a school so I had to leave. I recommend Yesprep to anyone interested.
