Our core business lines include siding, windows, roofing, and insulation.

Compensation: unlimited commission potential, performance based bonuses.
Hours: Must have the ability to work evenings and Saturdays during the day.
- Provide in home product and company presentations to pre-qualified sales leads
- Teach consumers the benefits and trade-offs of upscale product options
- Take detailed measurements, estimate project costs, and negotiate final contracts
- Partner with installation manager to effectively transfer customer project details to ensure every installation delights our customers
- Make a positive impression with everyone you meet

- Stellar communication ability, both verbal and in writing
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close business face to face
- Min. High School diploma or above
- Capacity to learn technical aspects of Windows, Siding, Insulation and Roofing products and installation methods
- In home sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and required level of insurance
Must be a road warrior motivated to hit the road and visit customers throughout Eastern MA.
Although experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for great candidates with the right attitude, drive to succeed, and willingness to learn.
