Client Banking Processor, Upland, CA - April 13, 2015
As a Client Banking Processor, I issue workers' compensation checks to injured workers as well as vendors that provide services to York in addition to issuing payments through liability claims (house fires, car accidents, general insurance claims, etc.). Additionally, I have excelled within my position and have expressed interest in "climbing the corporate ladder". The management team here at York has acted on my request and has given me management level tasks that would not normally be performed by other individuals in my department. My review was "golden" recently and have received many accolades for my overall performance within this company. However, as the responsibilities rise, I have yet to receive the compensation for such. I am eager to attain the incentive to move forward. My co-workers are very productive and are very active in being team players which is an intricate part of having an overall successful organization. The hardest part of the job is the review of new requests for system functionality which has been given to me to test and create through our IT department. It continues to be a challenge with those that try to reject the requests on a programming level. However, I do receive support from management in pushing my requests forward. It would be most beneficial to this organization that had a positive group of programmers that wished to move forward with requests rather than fighting against them. The most enjoyable part of my job are the immediate individuals that work in my department. It is truly a guarantee that we laugh on a daily basis which makes work all that must more enjoyable. Additionally, as anyone would agree, when your work flows freely throughout your day, that can make any job enjoyable.
