Leading alternative energy company seeking an experienced inside sales associate. Our company focuses on the sales and installation of alternative energy products including: Home Energy Audits, Green Insulation, Solar, Geothermal, and Heating and Cooling Systems
Duties and responsibilities
-Provide responsive, pleasant and thorough telephone support to customers by directing calls to proper department
-Assess customer's needs, look for new opportunities and work with sales force to satisfy customer.
-Educating homeowners on energy efficiency
-Provide customer with professional price quotes through our CRM software.
-Responsible for meeting direct sales and marketing goals
-Attend networking meetings and participate in home shows and events.
-Ability to generate leads and cold call to ensure outside sales team is active
-Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to field sales representatives.
-Provide a positive presence and input to our exceptional Inside Sales Team.
Skills and requirements
-Pleasant and engaging service-related disposition required.
-Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
-Ability to work with others in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
-Well versed in basic math with strong organization skills.
-Versed in Microsoft Office, Gmail, web browsing and PC based software.
-Strong typing skills required.
-Sales experience required
-Knowledge in the alternative energy industry a plus
