Leading alternative energy company seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. Our company focuses on the sales and installation of alternative energy products including: Home Energy Audits, Green Insulation, Solar, Geothermal, and Heating and Cooling Systems. Experience as a Project Manager a plus.

Requirements

-Strong understanding of the NEC Code and the ability to reference the code as required. Strong knowledge of NABCEP PV Installer standards.Knowledge of Universal Building Codes and building materials and techniques (i.e. lumber, roofing materials, etc.)
-Ability To Read/Understand electrical and structural plans
-Experience working with city/county permitting offices and inspectors
Strong Computer Skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sketchup , Microsoft Visio)
-Leadership – ability to organize, utilize and motivate team members quickly to respond to changes in the construction schedule.
-Problem Solving/ Implementing site-specific design modifications
-Ability to run multiple projects at once, constantly needs to be planning two steps ahead of the team

Responsibilities

-Coordinate Field Scheduling with crew & customers.
-Coordinate Material & Equipment
-Oversee Crews Hours/Payroll/ Submit Payroll Worksheets. track project hours and material costs to maintain projected budget.
-Arrange all site-survey’s
-Approve system-design
-System Training/Review owners-manual with customer. On-going support and maintenance of installed systems.
-Arrange Manufacture Product Training
-Arrange Safety and Crew Meetings
